Terms of Service

These terms apply every time you place an order with BM Provider. By buying a BM account from us, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

1. Who we are

BM Provider is an independent reseller of aged, pre-warmed and verified Meta Business Managers (BM) and Facebook ad accounts. We operate online only, and all communication runs through Telegram at @bmprovider.

2. What you are buying

You are buying access to a Business Manager and at least one ad account, transferred to you on delivery. Depending on the package, this may include a Facebook profile, additional ad accounts, or a company-verified BM.

Assets are sold as-is at the moment of delivery. We describe the daily spend limit, the verification status and the included assets before you pay, and what you receive matches that description.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for checking that using these assets is lawful where you operate.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are placed on this site and paid in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT or LTC). We do not accept cards, bank transfers or payment processors, and we do not ask for identity documents.

• Prices are displayed in USD and converted to crypto at the rate shown at checkout.
• The conversion rate is valid for the duration of the countdown shown on the payment screen. After that, a new rate applies.
• Your order is confirmed once the transaction is visible on-chain.
• Crypto payments are irreversible. There is no chargeback mechanism. Send the exact amount to the exact address shown, on the exact network shown. Funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be recovered.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and usually much faster. Assets are handed over on Telegram, using the username you provided at checkout. If you did not provide a Telegram username, we use the email address you gave.

It is your responsibility to give us a reachable contact. If we cannot reach you within 7 days of payment, the order is considered delivered and the replacement window (section 6) does not start.

6. Replacement window

Every order is covered by a replacement window. The full conditions are in our Refund & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your responsibilities after delivery

Once an account is in your hands, how long it lasts depends mostly on how you use it. You are responsible for:

• securing the credentials and the associated email and two-factor method;
• your login hygiene, including your IP, device and browser profile;
• the content of your ads and your compliance with Meta's advertising policies;
• your spend ramp and your testing behaviour.

We cannot control any of these, and bans caused by them are outside the replacement window.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use assets bought from us to advertise or promote:

• malware, phishing, or anything designed to compromise other people's accounts or devices;
• child sexual abuse material, or any content sexualising minors;
• human trafficking, weapons trafficking or the sale of controlled substances;
• fraud schemes targeting individuals, including romance scams and fake investment offers;
• content that is illegal where it is served.

We cancel orders and refuse future service, without refund, where we become aware of such use.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost ad spend, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of rebuilding a campaign.

Meta can restrict or disable any account at any time, for reasons neither you nor we control. Buying from us reduces that risk, it does not remove it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
