All digital products (Facebook BMs) are final sale (Absolutely no EXCEPTIONS).

We do not offer any refunds on accounts anymore, we have experienced with some clients in the past that asked for a refund but kept using our product. This is very unfair for customers who paid or who are paying monthly subscription fees.

Price is subjected to change at any time if you purchase an item that is priced relatively higher than it is on the website recently. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any compensation. Once, you’re locked in on that price. You will not be charged any additional fees

Old Refund Policy

Note: Refund policy may change at any time due to price change. However, once you purchase on the date before the refund policy was changed, we will honor your eligibility. The old refund policy will be posted at the bottom of the New refund policy.

We have done countless of backtesting and execution over the years, in order to make sure that the BM Provider website and our strategy will provide positive results. We are confident that if you follow our advice and strategies you will be start ads with the Facebook BM provided. However, we offer a 5-day first spend eligibility refund period for all purchases.

Before you proceed with the refund process. Please consider that we will offer our support in order to help you fully understand our trading system. Any question that you might have, feel free to reach out to us.

Due to the digital nature of this product, it is required that you complete all the strategies section and implement the methods outlined in the strategies section and that it did not work for you. You must submit the following materials.

No refunds will be given on 30-Days License access.

You can only apply for a refund on the 6th day of your purchase.

We cannot provide a refund for the following cases (Absolutely NO exceptions)

If you did not meet these conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any refunds.

Note: You will not be eligible for a refund, if you sell similar products such as indicators, EA, and courses. Or if you purchase our product at a discount of 40% or more.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
