CHECK 01 · VIDEO 0:10

Understand the BM number and the accounts included

A Business Manager, also called a business portfolio, holds business assets and their access permissions. An advertising account is one of those assets. The Facebook profile you use to sign in is separate.

In BM Provider’s current listings, BM3, BM5 and BM10 describe packages with three, five and ten ad accounts respectively. These are catalogue labels, so read the specification alongside the number.

When comparing another listing, ask whether its number means accounts already included, slots that have not been used, or a maximum creation capacity. Those are different things. The larger agency capacities mentioned in the video are examples to investigate, not a promise that they are included in the current online packages.

Choose a count that fits the brands, projects or teams you need to manage. For a broader comparison, read our Business Manager account guide.

CHECK 02 · VIDEO 1:35

Check the daily spending limit separately from the price

The price to buy a BM and the amount it can spend on ads are separate figures. A listed daily ad limit is not advertising credit, and a larger BM number does not automatically mean a higher limit.

The video discusses $50, $250 and higher-limit listings. Treat these as examples: ask for the limit currently shown for the specific account, its currency, and whether the quoted figure applies to each ad account or to the package.

If a seller uses the word “unlimited”, ask what is actually displayed in the account and what billing conditions still apply. A label is not evidence of a permanent spending entitlement. For a planned $500 per day campaign, for example, clarify a listing marked $250 before you pay.

Compare the current specification in the offer table below, and confirm the account’s current status at delivery.

CHECK 03 · VIDEO 2:19

Ask what “verified” means for this Business Manager

If your goal is to buy a verified BM, the verification status needs its own check. A company-verified business portfolio, an identity check on a Facebook profile, and a badge on a Page refer to different things. Ask the seller which status the offer includes.

Request a recent view of the business verification status for the exact portfolio being delivered. Check that the portfolio identifier and business details match the unit in your order. An example screenshot helps explain the interface; it does not identify your future account.

Company verification is also separate from ad account capacity and spending limits. BM3 or BM5 does not automatically mean verified. In the current catalogue, those two packages are marked Unverified; BM10 is marked Company Verified.

Use verification as one purchasing criterion alongside account status, access and billing compatibility. It is not a guarantee that every ad will be approved or that an account cannot be restricted.

CHECK 04 · VIDEO 2:47

Confirm invitation delivery and the profile you will use

As the video explains, a BM order is commonly delivered through an invitation to join the business portfolio. The invitation and a Facebook login are different deliverables. You need a Facebook profile to accept the invitation.

Before paying, confirm which portfolio you will join, the role you will receive and which ad accounts and assets that role can access. Do not assume an invitation grants ownership or full control of everything in the portfolio.

BM Provider’s BM packages use invitation delivery. A Facebook profile is an optional, separate addition in the order builder. If you need one, check that it is explicitly included in your order total.

Keep the agreed specification and order reference. Our contact and delivery page explains the support route, and the replacement policy sets out how to report a mismatch.

CHECK 05 · VIDEO 4:06

Count the changeable accounts, not just the total

The video highlights an easy detail to miss: ten ad accounts with nine changeable. The total account count and the number described as configurable are separate specifications.

In that example, ask which nine accounts are covered, which settings can be configured, and what remains fixed on the tenth account. Check the billing country or address, currency and time zone before launching a campaign.

Do not interpret “changeable” as a promise that every field can be freely edited after the account has been used. Ask whether configuration happens during setup and whether a requested change requires a different account. Confirm the actual available options in Meta before making a change.

This matters if your business needs a specific billing currency or reporting time zone. Get those requirements confirmed for the unit you will receive, rather than relying on a general product label.

Get these details confirmed in writing

  • The exact BM package and current company verification status.

  • The daily spending limit, currency and whether it applies per account or per package.
  • The number of changeable accounts and the settings that can be configured.

A useful enquiry is specific: “I need a company-verified BM, [number] ad accounts, [daily spend] and [currency/time zone]. Please confirm the available unit, changeable accounts, invitation access and total price.”

Once you have accepted the invitation, follow our Business Manager setup tutorial to organize your Page, asset group and permissions.

Questions before you buy a verified BM

Is a BM5 always company verified?

No. The number describes the account package, not its verification status. BM Provider’s current BM5 is marked Unverified. Check the separate company status on the listing you choose.

Does buying a verified BM include a Facebook profile?

Check the order contents. BM Provider’s BM package is delivered by invitation, and the profile is an optional addition. You need a Facebook profile to accept the invitation.

Does the purchase price include ad spend?

No. The package price pays for the listed product and agreed delivery. A stated daily spending limit is not prepaid advertising credit.

What does “nine changeable accounts” mean on a BM10?

The listing distinguishes ten total ad accounts from nine described as changeable. Ask which settings can be configured on those nine, when configuration takes place, and which settings remain fixed on the other account.

What if I need a higher limit or a larger agency package?

Send your required account count and daily spend to BM Provider before ordering. The larger capacities mentioned in the video are not included in the three current online packages. Availability and exact terms must be confirmed for a separate request.
