Get your proxy right before first login
A US residential or mobile proxy, not a datacenter range. Log in through it the very first time and keep the same exit node. Switching IPs in early sessions is the fastest way to lose the unit.
Take over recovery, then stop

Add a US billing method
A US card or a US-issued virtual card. If your card is European, you have undone most of the reason you bought a US account.
